This plant is grown from Organic Pak Choi Seed, potted in Organic Mineralised Nutrient Rich (Blood bone and fish free (vg)) Soil, Fertilised with Compost (vg), Worm castings (poop) and Kelp Powder (read more about the soil).
The pot reduces plastic waste and transplant shock (I commit to zero waste where I can, everything is recycled or reused or upcycled). There is no transplanting required, plant directly into the soil in its pot.

Pak Choi Chinese Kwang Moon
Brassica oleracea var. capitata
White stems with green rounded leaves. Open leaved. Sweet and tender; can be eaten raw or cooked. Good in stir-fries and steamed. Long harvest.
Possibly the most ancient of today's vegetables; cultivated for over 4000 years.
Stores well in cool humid conditions.
Likes rich well drained soil with pH above 6.0 and sunny position, keep well watered. Will cross-pollinate with other Brassicas to keep seed pure grow only one Brassica
